Start a conversation →It is helpful to us to have the online platform available so customers, especially those not familiar with our menu, can review the menu and order as they like — and particularly pay online, as we don’t accept any over-the-phone payments. The back of the house admin part is super easy. There have been very few issues over the years, but the support from Chris has always been good when needed.
They were the most cost effective option I was able to find on-island. Why island-first
Bermuda's scale creates different problems. Imported platforms charge global prices for a local market. Generic tools ignore how the island actually operates. So we build our own.
Every product we launch is designed for Bermuda's specific constraints: small population, tight geography, real accountability. We live here, we use what we build, and we support it directly.
That is also why we take on client work. Running our own platforms means we know what it costs to keep software alive on this island: the hosting, the backups, the 2 a.m. failures, the support call that has to be answered locally. You get a team that has already solved those problems on its own products.
